1. What kind of businesses do you usually work with?
I mostly work with founders, marketers, and small teams—especially in SaaS, marketing, manufacturing, creator-led businesses, and service-based brands. But if you’re someone who cares deeply about how you show up online, we’ll probably get along just fine.
2. I just need help writing blog posts. Is that too small a project?
Not at all. I love long-form content and often write blogs for clients on a retainer or project basis. That said, I always start by asking where the content fits in your bigger picture—because a blog post written in a vacuum rarely delivers the results you’re looking for.
3. What if I already have a strategy—can you just write the content?
Absolutely. If you already have a clear strategy or creative direction, I’m happy to plug in and write. I’ll still ask a few questions to understand your goals and audience.
4. What’s included in your Voice of Customer (VoC) research?
It depends on the scope, but typically: customer interviews, optional surveys, detailed transcripts, a messaging insights report, and ready-to-use copy angles.
You’ll walk away with language you can use across your website, email, sales pages, and even in your product messaging.
5. Why do I need VoC research if I already know my audience?
Even if you know your people well, it’s often hard to see the gaps from inside your own brand. VoC helps you get specific about what people need to hear—what words, what moments, what hesitations to address. It gives you fresh clarity, so your messaging doesn’t just sound right—it feels right to the people reading it.
6. Will I own all the content and research once the project is done?
Yes, all the content, research reports, and strategy documents are yours to keep and use as you like. I want you to feel confident and empowered to take those insights and use them long after we’ve wrapped up.
7. Can you help me improve existing content?
Definitely. Auditing your current content to find gaps, opportunities, and quick wins is often a great place to start. From there, I can rewrite, optimize, or develop new content that fills those gaps and strengthens your overall messaging.
8. Do you offer research services separately?
Yes! Besides content and strategy, I offer dedicated research services focused on your customers, market trends, and competitors. This deep dive helps you understand what your audience really wants, where your product fits, and how to stand out—without committing to full content creation. It’s perfect if you want solid insights to inform your decisions or future strategies.
9. How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope and your timeline. A blog post or landing page might take 1–2 weeks. A full content strategy or VoC research project can take 3–6 weeks. I’ll always share a clear timeline before we start, so you know what to expect.
10. What if I’m not sure what I need yet?
That’s totally fine. A lot of people start here. Book a quick consult here—we’ll talk through where you’re at, what’s feeling stuck, and what kind of support might make the biggest difference. No pressure, no pitch—just a conversation to get clarity.
11. Do you offer retainers?
Yes! Right now, I take on retainers for blogs and content strategy on an ongoing basis, based on my availability. Shoot me a quick message to know my availability, and even if I don’t, I’ll recommend a great person to work with!
12. How do we get started?
Easy. Just fill out this quick form or book a consult here (if you’re not sure what you want), and I’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days. From there, we’ll figure out the best next step, whether it’s a strategy session, content project, or research deep dive.
